Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us in writing (by email or letter) within the 14-day period.
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

2. Returns Process

To return an item, please:

  1. Contact us at handwovenwork@gmail.com to request a return.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  3. Package the item securely and include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
  4. Send the parcel to:
    48 Park Street, Hereford, HR1 2RD, UK

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Bread orders

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • We will refund the original item price and standard delivery cost.
  • You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at handwovenwork@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement, repair or full refund, including return postage.
